Thank you for shopping at At Bakers Basket, we take utmost care at the time of manufacturing and packaging the products that have been ordered by you. Our goal is to provide a combination of quality products and customer service and wish that you are happy with the overall experience. Our returns policy aims to be a reflection of that belief.
In case you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us on the same day of placing the order. However, it will not be possible to cancel or modify your order once it has been prepared. A refund for a successfully cancelled order will only be made in the form of online store credit and will be processed after confirmation of cancellation.
Damaged / incorrect orders
We hope that you are happy with your order purchase. However, upon receiving your order and in case of any damaged, missing or incorrect products in your order, please notify us promptly via email on or call us on +91-9922441133. Upon further investigation, if any errors in order processing are found, we will initiate the refund. A normal refund takes place any time between 3 to 5 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account. However it may take 7 to 10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your bank account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund by the Merchant. Note that the Merchant reserves the right for deciding upon the refund initiation. Please allow us a day to arrange for replacements to any damaged, missing or incorrect products in your original order.
No monetary refund policy
Refunds, if any, will be offered in form of bank transfers only. No monetary refunds will be made under any circumstances.

Product colours and overall look
Product colours and the overall look visible on your website browsing device may vary due to your devices display settings and resolution. We cannot guarantee that your device will accurately reflect the colour and look of our products. In case of any mismatch, we cannot accept responsibility and hence, cannot accept a return of any product due to the above reasons. We do not use dark colors and non-permitted food colors.
All our products are developed through rigorous research and development. They are continuously tested for the perfect flavour, one that will appeal our customers. Since taste is largely subjective, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds merely because the taste of any product may not be as per your liking.
Physical Damage
We take all measures to ensure that the products are carefully checked for quality and for any damages before they are dispatched from our Centralized Bakery. If the product is damaged during delivery and we are informed immediately, we will initiate a refund as per your request.
