At Bakers Basket, we take utmost care at the time of manufacturing and packaging the
products that have been ordered by you. Our goal is to provide a combination of quality
products and customer service and wish that you are happy with the overall experience. Our
returns policy aims to be a reflection of that belief.
In case you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us on the same day of placing the
order. However, it will not be possible to cancel or modify your order once it has been
prepared. A refund for a successfully cancelled order will only be made in the form of
online store credit and will be processed after confirmation of cancellation.
Damaged / incorrect orders
We hope that you are happy with your order purchase. However, upon receiving your order and
in case of any damaged, missing or incorrect products in your order, please notify us

investigation, if any errors in order processing are found, we will initiate the refund. A
